“I booked this property 5 months ago and on the day of arrival, the host told me we would be staying in a completely different property to the one booked due to a ‘double booking’. I felt this could have been communicated to me at the time of booking and not on the day I was due to arrive so alternative accommodation could’ve been sorted. I’m really disappointed and this experience has spoiled what should have been a relaxing weekend away with friends.”

“Do not rent from this place. I have stayed in 30+ property rentals and this was by far the worst. We arrived to find the rental uncleaned. There were literal urine stains on the mattress and bedding. Food scraps left in the sink, on the floor, countertops, ect. The bathroom had hair all over the floor, along with caked on gunk (I do not want to imagine what it came from) on the walls on the bathroom. There was black mold on on the ceiling. The windows were all covered with rusted metal...

“The amenities were nice, however the place overwhelmingly stank of mould. It was unbearable I had to keep the front door open as their are basically no windows. The landlord MUST sort the mould issue ASAP as it is not acceptable to rent a place with such a stench.”

“Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
