“We've stayed in this former house before, and were happy to come back. The rooms can be basic, but always clean and supplies all you need. I love their breakfast set up in the kitchen, and the self check in instructions sent to my phone. Please keep your voices low in the public areas, as the rooms aren't sound proof. It's a cute, funky, Folly stay, with parking and easy walking to Center St.”

“Checking in was a bit confusing and I wasn’t sure what the room actually looked like beforehand. The check in address was not included and when I called, the address they gave did not pull anything up. Overall, the condo could use some renovating but was nice. I found a dental flosser in the pull out couch and a weird herbal supplement on the table. Cleaning could have been better but overall nice place. Quick walk to the beach. ”

“The location of this property was great!! Short walking distance to the beach and main street. It was a cute little place as well, clean, easy check in. The only thing I was a little caught off guard with was the fact I didn't have a guaranteed parking space. There's 16 units but only 13 parking spots, so if you don't book early you're not guaranteed parking and will need to find a spot along the street. Luckily I found one close to our stay in which I just left my car there all weekend and...

“The place was extremely clean and interior was as depicted. The outside however had construction going on right outside the back window with condos going up (which blocked the beautiful view that was in the listing when we booked) . The wifi had multiple issues but being fairly tech savvy i was able to firgure it out. Other than that location was excellent and the place was very nice.”
