Didn’t know to look in the Hotels.com messaging app for check in/out instructions. I was told I’d receive an email, but the messaging center was the email mentioned. Had a small issue the first night since it was so hot and the AC wasn’t on before arrival. Despite the quaint space, it took a lot of time for it to cool down to a manageable temperature.
