“We stayed in the cottage during a football game weekend. The cottage is behind the main house situated in the garden area. Extremely cute cottage with two queen beds, small kitchen, closet and bathroom. Loads of art in the cottage and on the grounds. The homeowners are super friendly and accommodating. Wilson the beagle snuggles with you on the porch at night. I would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so in the future. ”

“The location is great for the zoo and to downtown! We were able to hear the wedding venue at night, clearly. I loved the decor and they did a great job making the house feel like a well loved home. However, the house is literally leaning. Cracks in the walls and ceiling were visible. I never felt unsafe, but it was a bit unnerving. I loved the backyard and sitting area- we didn’t get to use it but if the weather was nicer, we’d be back there! ”

“Such a sweet place. My mom and I stayed here for a girls trip to Magnolia and the host exceeded our expectations. We were overwhelmed with how much they made us feel welcomed and at home during our stay. The property is beautiful. We loved watching the birds out of the huge picture window each morning. The host made sure to provide everything you would need while away from home. I have never felt so pampered and welcomed before. I can’t wait to return for another adventure!”

“The interior and amenities were perfectly satisfactory, BUT we were disapointed that the yard was not maintained, the firepit that was advertised didnt exist, and the whole street and neighboring property was under major construction. The latter part is no fault of the owners, it was just a bit misleading, thinking we had a cute cozy backyard for the kids to play in, but instead had to share it with work vans and bulldozers. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay, and I can imagine this place...

“Really enjoyed the peaceful location. Everything we needed. Look forward to staying again sometime.”

“Rough start, the code had been changed by the manager, but the door was left unlocked, so we initially got right in. When we locked the door and then came back to the property, suddenly we were locked out. It was after dinner and late in the evening. We had to try and get ahold of the host, which took about 1.5 hours. Ultimately, we were given the new code and they brought us a lovely gift basket the next day as an apology. We appreciated the gift basket and understand how the problem happened....

“I traveled to Waco with two friends that had not been to Magnolia Market. Check in Friday was easy. The house looks just like the pictures, very comfortable for the three of us. Our host texted me several times while we were there to check on us. The location of the house made it easy to go to the Market and restaurants and bars that had been recommended to us. I would definitely book this property again.”
