“The property was comfortable and well appointed. Easy in amd.out of the neighborhood and close to entertainment and restaurants. It could use towel racks/door hooks.”

“We picked this location given friends live nearby, but it exceeded expectations. Beautiful view, incredible sunrise, and the kids loved the fireplace. Hadn't realized the kids bunk room doesn't have a door to close, but luckily noise wasn't a problem. ”

The owners are extremely responsive which is a change from other VRBOs. If you have a large group and want to be a bit outside of downtown Williamsburg, I would highly recommend this wonderful house. ”

“Our stay was okay. The house was in an excellent location to the beach, however very difficult to find from the road. The house was a great size & the beds were so comfortable. I rate this with a 3 because I felt like there were several things that desperately need updated. The faucets in the bathroom were heavily rusted and leaking. When taking a shower, our faucet diverter broke so we werent able to take a shower the last day of our stay. There is not much of an ocean view as there is a lot of...

“Everything in the listing was exactly as shown. Check in and check out were simple and easy. Property manager was in contact and inquired of our needs. We didn't have any becuase the house was well stocked, but based on all other parts of the stay, I assume that would be handled efficiently. The highway is close, so there is quite a bit of road noise outside, but the sound is minimal once inside the house. We wpuld definitely stay here again.”
