“The location was perfect for visiting family and friends in Glendale and Pasadena. I enjoyed morning walks by PCC and Cal Tech. It is an older building showing some wear. The unit had been cleaned well, except for the carpet, which needs attention. Overall, a very pleasant visit!”

“This apartment is a comfortable, modernized unit within an older, large apartment building. The apartment is spacious and has lots of closet space, dual sinks in the bathroom, and a charming electric fireplace. It's a first-floor unit with a terrace that faces an interior courtyard area so there is not much natural light in this unit. The rental includes a dedicated parking space in a secured garage below the building. You can walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, the South Lake Street shopping...

“The location was perfect for our long term stay for work. The place was clean and roomy for our needs. It is centrally located and super convenient with available parking. We had a few questions along the way and they were very quick to respond. We will be back for sure. Thank you!”

“There was some construction going on next door. For the unit we stayed in, pulling out of the garage and into the alley was dangerous. Unable to see if traffic was coming in both directions.”

“The good points are as follows - a very clean property with a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. The street parking was right in front of the entrance. It is a very quiet neighborhood so anyone planning on entertaining a large group with loud music won’t be appreciated by the neighbors. Things that I would improve are the towels and install protective fencing around the open fireplace.”

“Overall, the place was as described and the host was very responsive. The place was very spacious and had sufficient amenities. It could have been cleaner as it was a bit dusty and the bathroom tiles were not cleaned properly and had mold in it.”
