“Nous avons été impressionnés par la réactivité du gérant qui, quand on lui a dit que le matelas était pourri (très vieux et déformé), l'a changé dans la journée. Pourquoi le bien a été mis en location avec un pauvre matelas vu que le changer ne posait pas de problème... cela reste un mystère. Mais encore bravo pour l'envie de satisfaire le client.”

“El alojamiento está ubicado en una zona muy bien comunicada. Es una zona muy tranquila, acogedora y conectada con todas las zonas de Paris. Las habitaciones son grandes y confortables. El salón acogedor para poder descansar. La decoración es típica de la arquitectura parisina, tanto el edificio como el interior. Centro comerciales, restaurantes y pastelerías en la misma calle. Recomendable para ir en familia y grupo de amigos, la ubicación es perfecta para poder maximizar el tiempo de la visita....

“Un apartamento coqueto y bien cuidado. Pequeñito, pero dada su localización perfecto para pasar unos dias en París. Calle muy tranquila y edificio antiguo, cómodo.”

“The apartment was convenient and relatively clean. One annoyance was that there was only one key and we could not use the key padlock at the door in case we split up. We also received multiple - borderline rude - reminders about checkout the day before via text and email. Other than that, it was easy to find and a comfortable apartment.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Paris! The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished, and it was in a great location. We did a lot of sightseeing on foot, and the metro stop is right outside the door for longer distances. The smaller bed is a sofa bed with a slightly wonky design, which is not ideal for two children. However, a solution was already in place: We set up an extra bed, and there was freshly made-up bed linen ready in the wardrobe. We had a wonderful holiday and would love to come...

“Just around the corner from the Rue Montorguel, the apartment is close to excellent restaurants and great food stores. A half mile walk to Les Halles gets you Metro connections to anywhere in the city. The apartment is small, but cozy and the staff is very helpful.”

“localisation géniale/hôte patient,précis,disponible:top/2 petites choses (lit du salon pas vraiment confortable,équipement cuisine un peu léger (vaisselle)).Ceci étant cela pourra être règlé en peu de temps et ne retire rien à notre appréciation.”

“Our family of 6-4 adult children-stayed here for 3 nights. It was close to the Metro, and easy to get around. The previous comment of no windows isn't true...there are 2 windows in the upstairs bedrooms. This looks like this used to be several apartments that have now been combined into a larger space. I think they did a great job and my kids all liked having their own bed. The host was quick to respond to my questions (even my "duh" questions. I would stay here again.”
