“We really liked the house and the location. It's a short drive to the Baseball Hall of Fame and all that Cooperstown has to offer. The house was really clean and had all the necessities and the host even offered a complimentary bottle of wine. There were a couple of things that could be improved to make it an even better experience. “We had a wonderful time joining family and staying in this cozy home for a few days. Prior to check-in, the owner gave us more specific, helpful directions as to the exact location. Walking distance to the lake, firepit available for use near shore, chairs to use outside, and a porch with outside seating was very handy. We had plans within Syracuse for one day and stayed at the house another. Plenty of games available. We will definitely consider staying here again. Small suggestions to improve...

“We stayed here as a rest stop during a long distance commute for a lacrosse tournament.The kids were 15 and 16 and absolutely lost their minds over the bedroom with the bunk beds. They immediately converted it into a man cave and set up their video games We barely saw them.The furniture was very comfortable and cozy in the family room, although no-one could seem to get the propane fireplace to work. “Out weekend at Paradise Getaway was just what we expected. The kitchen was very well-stocked with utensils, pots, pans,etc. The beds were clean and there were ample towels for all 11 of us. Having the pool, the anmazing view of the lake, and fabulous weather took it up a level. It was the break that everyone needed and that is why we give it a 5! ”

“Stayed here while our daughter finished her job at Glimmerglass Opera Festival. Good location for getting around Cooperstown and surrounding area. About 20-30 minute drive to our destinations. The rental space worked well for us. Very clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Internet and AC worked very well. ”

“Super nice updated home. 6 guys on a getaway golf trip. So many nice touches were put into this home by someone that has great taste and really cares about their guest comfort. From brand new hottub to all the new ceiling fans and the kuerig coffee machine including the coffee this place was top notch. We would not hesitate for a moment to go back to this home.”
