“This property had quick access to pretty much everything. Short drive to the Military Base and to the Pearl area. You can get on the interstate quickly and downtown in minutes. The area immediately surrounding the property is a little run down but felt safe enough. If you are used to quieter areas you will notice the road noise but the owner has provided a noise machine in the bedroom. As advertised, it is a small place, but not cramped. ”

“They either have old, touched up or perfectly angled photos of this property. The place is a cute old house, but certainly has been rode hard without much in the attempt to fix issues (serious wall damage, sloped floors, broken hardware in the bathroom etc.). I do not like that they send an external requests from Expedia (via email) for ID & CC info, when Expedia specifically states for you not to do that. If you don’t though, you’ll be stuck standing on the front porch unable to get in cause...

“This apartment was perfect and even better than we had expected. Yes, the living area is small but appointed in a way that made it feel just fine. The bedrooms were large and beds very comfortable. The elevator made it simple to manage our luggage. The location could not have been better, quiet but central to everything. We were just 2 people, however, and I can’t imagine more than 4 in this apartment!”

“It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. Instructions did say there was a quiet time and having to wear wrist bands, and one parking spot per rental. We saw more...
