“The location and size of this property are fantastic! The house is located just a few minutes walk from the beach. There are two kitchens, both well-stocked with everything you need. We appreciated that there was plenty of space for everyone in our group. “The location was amazing. We were right next to the beach and close to some great surfing spots. I thought we were out of the craziness of downtown Santa Cruz and it was very peaceful. We use the roof deck a lot which an amazing view and everything was supplied for us, including coffee. ”

“Amazing! Clean, colorful, with thoughtfully designed spaces that accommodate a variety of preferences and needs. Absolutely beautiful art in every room. My favorite thing was the tiles in the "Lifeguard" bath upstairs. Laurie was easy to communicate with, and the beach (my favorite in Santa Cruz) is literally six houses away! The outdoor shower was a lifesaver after our multiple trips for sandy feet (human and canine). My only regret is not spending more time lounging in the beatiful backyard....
