“If you want a super convenient location close to downtown Capitola - this is your place. The location is perfect - we walked everywhere and had lots of good food options. “We had a great stay in Capitola at this apartment. I brought my teenager and her friends for a birthday weekend and we all had a great time! There was enough space for everyone and it was very clean and comfortable. The apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and the beach! Parking was a little tricky on a busy weekend, but the parking permit and map provided helped. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“What a perfect location right in Capitola Village! Step right outside the door and you are at restaurants, shops, and the beach. Our teen/adult kids could go out on thier own to the arcade and grab boba, pizza, etc. The house was clean and comfortable and stocked with the basics. The grocery store is just up the road a bit for everything else. The best part is a parking space! Parking is premium in Capitola. We would definitely return again.”
