“Very nice house and large garden incl pool! Excellent contact, help and info from Stefania and Francesco! Big pool, bikes, table tennis, basketball hoop, bbq, pizza owen, multiple outdoor sitting/dining areas, car parking, electrical gates, etc. Wifi a bit weak and hot water for 8 persons showers needs to be distributed. But still overall a 5 star house! Thank you!”

“We had a wonderful stay with our three teens. The location was excellent for day trips to Rome and for seeing the beautiful hill towns. Grocery and restaurants nearby. The beautiful house, pool and grounds provided us enough space to be together and to also find peace and quiet when we wanted!
