“This was our first time vacationing in Cape Cod and we hit the lottery with this cottage and host! We had the best time, and our three teens all voted best beach vacation trip. Cottage is adorable and the porch is amazing. We cooked most our meals and the kitchen was all you need. Hosts were more than helpful and we look forward to visiting again next year! Thank you!!!!”

“Beautiful home, right in the ocean with easy beach access. The beach was a lot longer than I thought and made for great walks. Amazing sunsets every night. House was tastefully modern and immaculate. Owners were super nice and attentive with our questions. Will be renting again. ”

“We had a great time staying at 12 Trees. The location is excellent for the perfect beach vacation. The house is very comfortable. It is very quiet neighborhood in a peaceful setting. We enjoyed relaxing under the pines and in the hottub. We enjoyed having family meals using the grill. The kitchen ware, (coffee maker, etc) could use an update, but other than that it was perfect.”
