“Best place I’ve ever stayed at a finger lake! Cozy and comfortable cottage. A feeling of home. View was impeccable! Very clean! Just so relaxing with the family. My 3 year old granddaughter loved the kayak. First time in the kayak. She didn’t want to come out! lol! My lab loved every bit of it! Met the hosts. Very welcoming and friendly! “Christine is an amazing host. A party of 17 of us visited the house in May 2024, and it was perfect for us. House was very clean, spacious, with lots of extra towels and bedding, A/C, fans, nicely equipped kitchen, gorgeous backyard with lots of space for kids to play, scenic beach access, etc. Our stay was extremely comfortable and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend the place and can't wait to visit again.”

“We had a great stay in Geneva. The Wine Down Bungalow is clean, spacious and perfect for a few nights away. We had the dock to ourselves for the solar eclipse. Great space to stare out onto the lake. Our first morning, the shower water did not get hot. The owners were quick to respond and it was fixed immediately. Very responsive and easy to deal with. We’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute place to stay about a ten minute drive away from the center of Geneva.”

“We had a fantastic stay here as basecamp for our wedding weekend. The proximity to Emerson Park was convenience itself, but beyond that, the house was a beautiful place for getting ready photos, and a great hangout spot for our group the night before the wedding. “Sarah was wonderful getting us what we needed. The Hawthorne is a really great space. The bathroom is a bit awkward with the toilet wobbling on paint stirrers when it could easily be fixed with a surface pour of self leveling underlayment over the concrete to level it then bolt it down. This space is full of large furniture in the bedrooms making it not easily maneuverable or bed accessible. Great space that could be amazing with a little design and completion of deferred maintenance.”
