Enjoy Carihuela beach's fun with your family or friends at this spacious apartment located just 7 minutes away from the beach in a quiet residential area where you'll be able to rest at night as it is far away enough from bars and terraces. Additionally, as there is a complimentary parking spot in the building, you'll forget about wasting hours looking por a parking spot and you'll enjoy your precious time.
This apartment has some very attractive features for your stay but, undoubtedly, the most remarkable ones are the amount of room available and the quietness of the area. The living room is the main space in the apartment and where you'll find a 55" Smart TV, two confortable sofas with space for 3+2 people and an armchair, apart from a wide dining table with 6 chairs. Last but not least, the living room has a nice open terrace where you can eat or relax al fresco, something very much appreciated during the summer in Málaga.
The main bedroom has a 1,35 meters wide double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a wide lookout window through which plenty of sunlight comes during the day. The second bedroom is also equipped with a 1,35 meters wide double bed and a chest of drawers so you can store all your belongings comfortably. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (two 0,90 meters wide individual beds), a wardrobe and a desk with office chair and lamp where you will be able to focus in case you've got work to do.
Both bathrooms have been recently renovated and are equipped with shower cabin, sink, WC and storage room for your toiletries.
Finally, the kitchen is also quite spacious and fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, Nespresso-compatible coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and XL fridge/freezer. It also has the most common utensils you may need for your stay, such as pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery, dishes, etc.
Guests will enjoy the whole apartment for themselves exclusively, even the designated parking spot. The only space which is unavailable for guests is the terrace adjacent to the main bedroom, which we keep locked to avoid bothering neighbours with noise.
The building is equipped with a lift but not from street level but from either the garage or 1st floor. If you are traveling with a baby stroller or a reduced mobility person, please take into account that you will have to either go down the ramp to get the lift at the garage or climb up a short staircase with 8 steps.
The apartment is located in the Carihuela beach area. It is a beach and leisure area between Torremolinos town center (15 minutes away on foot) and Puerto Marina sports port (20 minutes away on foot). It is a renowned and cosmopolite leisure area in the Costa del Sol where you will enjoy long beaches of golden sand with all amenities possible, a very lively seaside walk full of shops and nice views, and a huge gastronomic offer from typical andalusian restaurants to pubs and beach clubs where you can enjoy a cocktail.
Particularly this apartment is 500 meters away from the seaside walk so it is far away enough to not hear any noise from bars and terraces but, if you're looking for some fun, you can get to it in 5 minutes.
The easiest way to get to the apartment is by car, although parking in the street during the summer season is a real challenge. However, the apartment has a complimentary parking spot in the building (not suitable for large cars, check with me), so you can forget about your car during all your stay. Once here, the best way to move around is just on foot as everything is nearby and you won't need any other means of transport.
If you'd like to go to the city of Málaga, 3 minutes away from the apartment you can get buses M110 and M320 which will take you directly to the city center in about 30 minutes. You can also get the train at Torremolinos Train Station, located 15 minutes away.
Parking spot: not suitable for large cars. Check with me and I'll be able to better help you know if your car will fit or not.
Climate control: there are brand new A/C devices (installed November 2022) in the living room and all three bedrooms. Also, all bedrooms and the living room are equipped with modern and quiet ceiling fans which are ideal for having fresh nights without the turndowns of A/C.
Hot water: it works through a boiler that uses butane gas. We always check that the bottle has gas in it but, in the event that you run out of gas, please do not touch it - just get in touch with me and I'll provide you with a new one as soon as possible.

- Está prohibida la celebración de cualquier tipo de evento, fiesta o celebración en el apartamento. En caso de detectarse indicios de estar celebrándose algún evento, se avisará de inmediato a la policía, quien tiene autorizació expresa de la Comunidad de Madrid para acceder a las Viviendas de Uso Turístico en estas situaciones.
- Está terminantemente prohibida la entrada a la vivienda en cualquier momento a cualquier persona que no esté incluida dentro de la reserva y en ningún caso se superará el aforo máximo permitido en la vivienda.
- Está terminantemente prohibido el subarriendo de la vivienda y de cualquiera de sus estancias.
- El incumplimiento de cualquiera de estas normas supondrá la cancelación de la reserva y la obligación de todos los huéspedes de abandonar de inmediato el apartamento.
