clean new comfortable
Host is very responsive, and helpful. Apartment Is in quiet, very safe, residential neighborhood, parking is free and very easy in the driveway. You would definitely want a car when staying here. No noise from outside at all, but a small amount of walking from upstairs can be heard. Both bedrooms and living room are plenty big enough. Both beds were very nice and comfortable. Plenty of electrical outlets. The kitchen is very new and has all modern and large appliances. Found everything needed in the kitchen for day to day use. TV is very big, easy to use and had lots of streaming services. Living room couch and chair seem to be very new also.
Both bathrooms while small are new, very clean and work perfectly. Shower in master bedroom is really nice, best you can get. Second bathroom has a normal bathtub shower with shower curtain, but it works perfectly well and is good also. Negative issues are few and minor. The entrance space where the dining room table is located is very small and there is not much room for any of your stuff like shoes or coats or anything extra at all. The gate to the houses backyard is wobbly and a little difficult to open and close. This is a basement apartment. some windows don’t open. There is some but not much natural light. Apartment is best sized for a family of 2 or 3.
