“This apartment had everything we needed and good value, separate bedroom, kitchen, laundry (although the washing machine didnt work and was replaced when requested and the stove was dangerous!) Sadly the property could be so much more with a little updating of amenities. The dryer didn't function either, just tumbled hot wet clothes, the electric kitchen stove was of the old style and the indicator knobs spun around so you didn't know what setting or which hotplate you were on! Very dangerous...

“Older buildings, dated amenities, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Fully secure car park suggests issues in the local area. Have to park across footpath and exit car to put in gate code as keypad is too close to gate to do it from vehicle.”

“We had such a lovely stay, it was just such a shame we were delayed in our arrival and didnt get to enjoy a little longer. The apartment was neat clean and tidy, with beautiful modern furnishings. They have an exceptional outlook on on conserving energy for our environment. It was so refreshing to see. Encouragement of guests to conserve energy and tip's on how too. It was very educational for those who dont know how. Freat use of recycling bins as well. ”

“A great location near the Parap village and market and directly opposite the best coffee shop. We were near 2 bus stops heading into Darwin CBD with free public transport was a bonus. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed the simple comfort of our stay. Thank you.”

“We were very happy with the location as it's across the street from the weekly market and from an excellent coffee shop. The unit was clean and big enough for two people, the communal kitchen is convenient, not that we did much cooking, and it's a short drive to the beaches of Fannie bay, mindil etc. it'd be good to have two sets of keys, in case you want to go out separately, or mistakenly look yourself out, but that was the only negative. The parking is good.”
