“We had an excellent stay! Great location market within short walking distance, beach access right out the door. Cozy little beach cabin, will definitely stay here again. Management had excellent communication. Even though we did not need anything, they let us know they were available anytime if we did!”

“Location was great! Beds were comfy. The Kitchen living dining area was great for gathering with family. There is carpet in the upstairs bathroom which was not our favorite, but the water pressure and hot water were limitless, which was awesome! The on site hot tub is wonderful too and taken care of! My first impression was that it wasn’t as organized and as homey as some homes we’ve stayed in, but it was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the location...

“We thought the space/room offered everything we needed for one evening. The room was clean and stocked with “essentials”. The neighborhood does not take away from the location of the room. Parking is a bit tricky. Overall we were happy with our decision to stay here.”

“Great location, can walk to the beach in about 10-15 minutes (it’s quite a hill to get back up to the property on the return). The Blue Agate cafe has great food especially breakfast time and the walk is the same as going to the beach. The only negative remarks is really towards who they use for housekeeper, the cleanliness could have had more attention especially with the kitchen items. “Upon approval of identification, my trip was cancelled but a quick call to Vrbo resolved this. Check in was easy and quick. The room was overall clean and well put together. However, there was one dirty pan in the cupboard that was unwashed and obviously used. Aside this, the kitchen was well stocked and otherwise clean. There were utensils, cups, plates, pots and pans. “We stopped in Rockaway Beach for 1 night on a road trip around the state. The location was great, just a block to the beach and walkable to restaurants and shops. It's nothing fancy but it was clean and comfy:) I would definitely recommend to anyone stopping through!”

“Great location for walking anywhere . There was room to park with the boat on the street. Pretty new building with great appliances and a washer/ dryer was a life saver on the rainy days. At the time of stay they only had a hide a bed for couples to sleep together… and everyone knows how hide a beds are. We will stay again!!”
