“This nicely appointed studio has a great view of the ocean from right above, and of Mendocino to the north at night. We visited during the cold winter so we didn't open up to hear the surf, but if its not too cold, you would certainly be able. Very convenient for beaches, tide pools, shopping in Mendocino, hiking, ... A nice spot away from crowds for rejuvenation.”

The only downside was that the bed off of the kitchen only had a curtain between the bed and the kitchen, but that was clearly known form the description of the property in the advertisement.
