“The reception when we first arrived was a bit frosty. The restaurant breakfast service was extremely poor. Our Valley view room had a toilet roll holder you find in some office buildings where roll is locked and tissue is pulled though a small gap. Two days in a row, the tissue was trapped and could not be pulled out. Each time this happens you hsve to call reception to get it sorted. I am sure I am not the only one to experience this so why not resolve it? One day we came back yo the room...

“Paid for family room-2 bd but was given separate rooms and the receptionist was rude to my cousin when she asked for clarification. Card payment machine was not working and insisted on cash payment on the spot. No deposit was needed.
