“The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The location was perfect however our stay was not great! The fan in the room was wobbly and shaking really bad even on speed 1 with a loud noise. When we shared our concern with the staff he came and he checked for himself and he giggled when we said that we are scared the fan will fall on us while sleeping. He said he will come back and never did, we never got a new room or didn’t even come back to fix the fan. The shower before we used it...

There is also a list of activities that are offered which I thought was a lovely idea to further engaged guests in the overall experience. “Nos hicieron un upgrade sorpresa y fue muy agradable. Teníamos la Pool Villa con piscina propia. Muy cerca del coffee shop, muy tranquilo también. Quisimos quedarnos una noche mas y como no habían mas habitaciones, se las arreglaron para prepararnos una pieza improvisada y se mostraron preocupados de que no nos faltara nada. El wifi no funcionaba pero tb me facilitaron su computador. Un agrado realmente este hotel.”
