“The Lilac Cottage is a beautiful, pristine,cleverly decorated home with a lovely garden. Comfortable beds, lots of books, washer/dryer, clothes drying rack and every appliance has a manual or instructions how to use it. 2 full bathrooms allowed our family of 4 to get ready quickly. The Millennium Garden is right next door. So peaceful. Convenient location, walk to everything.”

“Excellent venue with lots of parking. Very clean and spacious. This was a last minute booking and communication was poor. You don't get access instructions until you pay a waiver that costs either an additional £10 or £25 depending on what you choose. And then you have to chase to get it back. Sounds a bit of a con to me but I had no choice. Overall though the property was excellent, just let down by a poor letting agent in my opinion.”

“When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. The wiring in the property is very precarious with one of the light fittings dangling precariously from a plastic junction. The shower does not work. When drawing the...
