“Stayed for a weekend when in the area visiting friends. Generally a nice place, comfortable room and very clean. The bathroom had perhaps seen better days but the hotel overall was fine and parts have been well cared for or updated. Great that it has a gym and pool. Shame the sauna was out of order. Extremely convenient location for the centre and excellent value for money.”

En un apartamento para cuatro sólo había dos sillas, y el sofá está completamente hundido. Nos dieron la llave del apartamento equivocada,tuvimos que esperar al responsable casi media hora, de noche y con mucho frío. Llegó riéndose.”

“When I arrived there was no one to show me to my room. I phoned the number on my booking but they could not find any record of me having booked with the itinerary number I was given. They gave me another number to call, eventually they found the booking and said ‘the man is coming’. This turned out to be a maintenance man who was very unwell (flu I presume). He showed me a double room but the toilet was broken, a sign in the door saying do not use. I asked for an alternative room with a working...
