“I was travelling my motorbike and they very kindly let me park in an enclosed yard at the back. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Both the public areas and the room were clean and modern. Food in the evening was good and great value, the bar had a good atmosphere with locals and guests. Room included a nice continental breakfast. I would happily stay here again. ”

“Room was clean, staff were friendly, food was decent. My supply of coffee was topped up with extra sachets when the staff saw that I'd bought my own jar of coffee after I ran out. The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and cosy. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre, which makes it cheaper than more central places - but if you can't stand a five-minute walk, what are you doing in Betws-y-Coed? :)”

“Nice property in the centre of town, rooms good overall but too hot in the middle of winter. They have a bit of a capitalisation on dining as there is not much else open nearby in the evenings, but food is of good quality and cooked fresh to order including Breakfast. One minor downside after going to the Restaurant to eat at 8.05pm being told by the gentleman on Reception on 12/2 last orders are @ 8.15pm, 2 things it was five past eight not eight fifteen and nowhere on there published...
