“Lovely one bedroom unit with a nice deep balcony. Cafe downstairs, easy walk to station, Coles supermarket, tourist sites etc. Very well located. When there was an issue with the unit beyond anyone’s control Suzanne was very proactive in dealing with it for us . Her communication was excellent. We would happily stay again.”

“Great owner interaction. Very helpful communication from owner which would not have been necessary if Stayz had been more efficient with property access advice. The apartment was welcoming and matched photos. Great view. . Neighbourhood not my vibe. Stairs difficult if you have an injury. Lift not on every floor. Secure parking was a bonus. It would have been a difficult stay without the help of owner. Other Stayz Customers were also lost and unable to navigate their checkin. ”
