“I was most impressed with this Subiaco property. The host was a pleasure to deal with. The accommodation was very comfortable and allowed an easy stroll to a french Patisserie and cafe's. It was so easy to stay in the lovely garden studio apartment. This will be my go-to when next looking for accommodation in Subiaco!”

“The apartments located in Observation Rise are simply wonderful. The location is convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, and the amenities are outstanding (indoor heated pool, sauna, exercise room, outside lagoon). The hosts are very kind and accommodating and communication and check-in are excellent. We would definitely stay here again!”

“I am waiting for "Stayz" to resolve this. I only put stars becase we had to but we did not stay. We called "Stayz" to advise that the hosts were not contactable. We had no way of checking in. We arrived at the apartment address advertised only to find a derelect block of units completely rundown and not inviting at all. We had no idea which unit number it was anyway. I called to let "Stayz" know and they could not contact the host either. We were left with nowhere to stay and are waiting for a...

“Great location for markets and port. Walking distance to everything in Freemantle. It is on the 6th floor and even with the lift you will need to go up two short flights of stairs. We really enjoyed our stay here!”

“If you love the beach and the occasional storm watching, this location is the place to be in beautiful north Cottesloe! This lovely flat faces west with unobstructed views of the surf. A great restaurant is located a short walk north and a great local hangouts to the south. I was lucky enough to experience a raging storm over a 3 day period feeling snug and comfortable inside. I had excellent communications with the hostess. Highly recommended!”
