“Be careful with Locale. They didn’t respect our booking, blaming Expedia for double booking. The people at the call center is rude, unhelpful and they don’t bother to give a solution. We found out at the check in and had to find a place to stay. ”

“We only stayed one night. Left on a cruise the next morning. Very comfortable beds. Everything was clean, just as you would expect it. Beautiful, old building.But if you’re looking for a place where you can get a good night’s sleep, this may not it. The unit we were in was right at the top of the only stairs in the building on the second floor. There is absolutely no soundproofing. We could hear every step that anyone took up and down the stairs all night long.If it had been quieter, I could see...

“The apartment isn’t “new” but it appears to have been re-done recently. It’s very clean and well appointed for a weekend stay. I like that it was behind a gate. Would stay again. ”

“Our stay was just one night. We loved the decor and whole feel of the unit. We did have some trouble with the beds being somewhat rickety - may need to tighten screws. The elevator was not working so a bit of a problem for my sister in law who has Parkinson’s. Overall, it was very nice. We were appreciative of the coffee for the coffee pot, could have used some creamer and sweeteners but it was simple enough to get these items from the grocery store a block away. We would stay again!”
