“This property is in a great location- walking distance to the beach, dining and shopping. The owners are great to work with too.”

“The good: convenient location, quiet, bed was comfortable, the little patio in the back is nice. The bad: there is no “on site’ parking but we always found parking on the street about a block away, The communication with property manager was a bit strange, she accused us of still being inside the unit a full day after we had check out on time, despite texting her to tell her we had left (an hour before check out)”

“We stayed a week in the wonderful resort at Kawama. The lagoon was right in front of our unit. There were beautiful tropical fish in the lagoon as well as tarpons and lobster! The 2 pools were heated and delightful to swim in. We love walking out to the end of the jetty each evening to watch the sunset. It was a fantastic place to spend a week and soak up the sun.”

“Great home! A little older property. But perfect for relaxing. Beach was very close! The pool is amazing. Kitchen was well stocked. The only challenge was communication with the owner. Stay here. ”

“This was a very smooth, perfect 5 night visit. The property offered us everything that we could need. It was a short drive to Duval St and all of the activities in Key West yet the property was very peaceful with a wonderful waterfront patio that we sat out on and enjoyed. The hot tub was a nice treat as well. I have to mention the incredible responsiveness of the property manager. Every question that I had they responded to within minutes which was very much appreciated. ”

“The house is clean and comfortable. We had a very small issue and the owner took care ofit immediately. The pool and hot tub were nice to relax in after fleeing the cold north. The kitchen is well stocked. The backyard is fenced which was nice for our dog. If in Cape Coral again we would definitely rent ”
