The apartment was cold in day but too hot at night but we couldn’t adjust temperature of furnace. And we could hear people upstairs. “This unit is great. Exactly as advertised and had just what we needed. It was super clean and updated. The building itself is pretty run down-the elevator wasn’t working, holes in the ceiling with caution tape and warn carpet that seemed really dirty.
