“My husband and I loved staying here! I am a bit of a clean freak, and this is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have stayed at. It was a cozy little casita with all the amenities we needed. Very quiet and safe neighborhood, which was great and we were able to park in the driveway rather than on the street, which made us feel better. “There are metal steps up to the apartment.The property description did not include that the only way to the apartment was to use these stairs. I could not get my dog up the stairs without tearing her feet. When I arrived I immediately notified the owner that I could not stay there. When I asked for a full refund, He did not give me one. I have sent several other messages about why I deserve a full refund. He has ignored these messages. I will not use this host again.”
