“We were a family group in town to visit NYC for a graduation and to visit family in Dobbs Ferry. The location was great with ample parking for our cars. The house has comfortable bedrooms, just as seen in photos; and two large rooms for gathering as a group. We took the Hudson MTA in and out of the city and this was convenient. Definitely visit the Untermyer Gardens- a gem! Communication with the host was easy and efficient.”

“This property was perfect for a trip to NYC as it is located 5 minutes from the train station. We were able to take the train to Yankee Stadium and that was about 30 minutes. The train stops right at the stadium! We also took the train into Grand Central then took a short walk to Times Square to catch a Broadway Show. I highly recommend this place! ”

“It was ok for what we needed it for, but because it’s a basement apartment it was dark and smelled musty especially the bathroom. The kitchen had ants and the water pressure was not very strong in the shower or bathroom sink. We ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t find any spare rolls. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. It was only two nights so overall, it served its purpose. ”

“The three of us wanted a weekend to enjoy NYC. Decided to stay further out in Jersey to save some money. Honestly, we only stayed at the rental for sleep and showers. We were out and about most of the day, not returning till 3am or so. The property is extremely clean. It is about an hour's bus drive into NYC.
