“We stayed in the house for a week, we liked it a lot, and the backyard for my dog was completely closed with fences. there are several beaches, lakes around, we kayaked, there are supermarkets nearby, and we even went to Kalahary an hour and a half from the house, thanks Mike, we will rent again soon”

“We are very thankful for this perfect oasis, very quiet, as build, and the house had just what we needed.Also, with the pool, lots of fencing and safety features.The dryer was the best for multiple swims per day!Everything on the interior was pristine! Thank you for this amazing vacation home!”

“The property is better than advertised. Very nicely appointed. We were traveling with an infant and a high chair was available. Bring a baby gate for the stairs inside. “Lovely two weeks in the carriage house on the Croton River. Hosts Patrick and Kathryn were attentive and helpful, the area was full of fun adventures for my husband, a cyclist, and me (jogger and kayaker). Swimming in the Croton from the dock was so great, especially on warm days. Kayaking in the Croton was peaceful and full of fun water birds.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Cottage and highly recommend it - the pond/waterfall out back makes for some relaxing scenery and sounds. It was also a great home base for everything we wanted to do. We were in town to visit the world headquarters of Jehovah's Witnesses in Warwick as well as the Patterson office and the cottage was (relatively) close to both. “Beautifully clean, well decorated home with comfortable furniture and beds. Coming from the flat lands of the midwest, the hills and curves to get to the home (especially in the dark) are something to be aware of. I was glad my husband was driving. Would definitely recommend to other. Wish could have stayed longer and explored the outdoors more.”
