“We were a family ranging in age from 4 months to 94. The space worked well for all of us. Lots of single beds, which gave us much more flexibility than some rentals that have king and queen-sized beds. We appreciated the simple additions - toys, high chair, child-sized sink and table/chairs. Plenty of bedding. Beds were very comfortable. “I booked Austin’s property back in October for the week after Christmas. We attempted to add an additional day to our reservation, and tried for 2 months to get in contact with Austin. A week before our stay he sent an invoice for the additional day he never confirmed. Then he cancelled our entire reservation the day before, without any notice, claiming the house was flooded.
