“Everything was just as described. Rooms were clean and nice. Kitchen even had spices and other cooking supplies. Good hot shower. There is a 59 insurance policy required on top of the price shown by VRBO. Definitely recommend this place - it was very nice.”

“Rental was clean with all the things we needed for the Thanksgiving weekend. Clise enough to Watertown to visit with our daughter. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog and their was plenty of room for Thanksgiving dinner. Owner was great and communicated with us whe reached to for questions. ”

“The floor in livingroom area needs repair there is a soft dip in it by the window. No curtains on door or livingspace window. The nightstand in front bedroom was thick with dust. I also found chex cearal on the floor in that room and it definitly wasnt from us. I feel i wasnt really worth what i paid.”

“There were roaches. The toilet tissue was dirty like it has been wet before. The entrance has cobwebs and spiders. The outlet was at the base of the wall and the shower was made with unsturdy plastic walls. There was an extra door in the bathroom. There was an old smell in the apartment. The door to the bedroom doesn't close all the way”

I also find that each time I come up ( this might be my 6th stay) she has added some other improvement or decorative touch. “This stay was a homecoming for me, since my parents had lived right on the St. Lawrence, and nearly the entirety of my late mom's family still live nearby. The area is largely agricultural, with many dairy farms and green pastures. It is a truly beautiful part of NY State and we were very much looking forward to getting back there to visit. We were not disappointed. The property is very nice -- extremely clean and well maintained, with a GREAT bed! The property owner, Ali,is extremely pleasant...

“The people managing the property were super nice and readily available, whether it was to plow the driveway or answer a question. The cabin was so adorable. You couldnt ask for more. We took a snowy walk on the man made trail to the river as it snowed, drive to Lake Ontario and otherwise just enjoyed a perfect quiet weekend. Absolutely recommend ”
