“The place looks just a nice as the pictures online. Price was great, a lot of restaurants near by, quiet neighborhood, excellent amenities, very clean and cozy. Owner was quick to respond and concise with the information when asked. If the opportunity arises again for the need to stay in this area again, this will definitely be my first choice. ”

“The floor in livingroom area needs repair there is a soft dip in it by the window. No curtains on door or livingspace window. The nightstand in front bedroom was thick with dust. I also found chex cearal on the floor in that room and it definitly wasnt from us. I feel i wasnt really worth what i paid.”

It was perfect for what we needed and a short distance to the campus.The detailed instructions and recommendations were much appreciated. There was nothing that we needed for while there.
