“Family of 5 stayed for 3 days. After the initial booking, all communication was handled via the rental companies website, and through email. I was unable to locate my booking on VRBO after submitting the 3rd party rental agreement. The house was clean and had great access to the beach, with a local access point at the end of the street. “This house was exceptional! Split floor plan, new furnishings, spotlessly clean, pool heated to 87 degrees, hot tub available, washer/dryer. Peter was great at communicating. No major issues and this house was gorgeous in a great neighborhood on Cape Coral. Would most definitely stay there again. TY so much Peter! Loved it.”

“Overall, this property was in pretty good shape and my family had a great time. We really enjoyed the outdoor area. The outdoor pool, cooking area, and eating area was a huge bonus! House was very clean and just as pictured! My only recommendation is that some basic maintenance could be performed that could fix some broken things - handle, electrical outlet, etc. ”

“Great spot. Lots of room and cabinets. Great kitchen. Nice to have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and bikes. Nice to have washer/dryer with detergent as well. Very quiet area. Beautiful pool but hot tub was a little tempermental.”
