“We had an absolute amazing vavation at this beautiful place. The staff is extraordinairy nice and the facilities are awesome. Great variety of restaurants and bars. I especially enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet with an excellent service. Our suite with our own pool on the balcony was absolutely beautiful. There is a Supermarket opposite the hotel and Galle is reachable in 5 mins by TukTuk. Thank you for this unique and magical experience, we will definately come back!”

“Nice hotel with great location on the beach....initially I would have given a 4/5. Now I downgraded to 3/5. Internet seems to cut out constantly at check-out time (I saw this happen every one of the five days I was there...curious that internet fails everyday at the same time!) so impossible to order an uber and you end up taking their taxis which are double the price!!! Also, no fans in rooms so you are stuck with loud A/C all night. Finally, for some reason, two days into my stay somebody...

“Amazing stay at Anantara in Tangalle. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Especially Piyal our butler who made every effort to make our stay and unforgettable one. Rooms are spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom with a nice rain shower. The bed is really comfortable. Restaurants at the resort are good, we really enjoyed the Italian restaurant Il Mare (Risottos are delicious)”
