“Possibly the smallest room Ive ever stayed in. Bed was comfortable. Furniture was old and in poor shape, stained lampshade on the tiny desk. Glass door to bathroom so all light flooded thru there. Curtains did not meet in the middle in the bedroom. Bathroom was designed as a wet room, no shower curtain, awkward tiny 1cm "step" between toilet and shower. Kept falling over it. Windows and glass shelf in bathroom were very dirty. Tiled floor in bathroom very slippery when wet no mat provided....

“Fantastiske rom! Mørke vekker, AC og dyner i sengene gjorde at vil fikk en god natts søvn. Dusjen hadde god trøkk, inkl. varmt vann. Det var god plass på rommet. Vennlig og imøtekommende personal. Benyttet meg også av yoga på morgenkvisten, så kjekt å kunne delta på det. Hostellet ligger rett ved hovedveien, derav en del bråk. ”

“Vi valgte Unawatuna frem for Galle for at komme tættere på stranden. Secret garden ligger i anden række fra stranden med meget nem adgang. Stedet er en fantastisk kombination af en gammel kolonial bygning med omkringliggende have, og moderne srilankansk tilgang til gæster. Vi følte os meget velkomne i et stort hyggeligt værelse med de nødvendige faciliteter. Dejlig morgenmad til fleksible tider.”

“The hotel has character but it is very basic. Breakfast is not available. There is no restaurant. The wifi mostly did not work. There was a complex device for showers that did not work properly and flooded the bathroom. The towels had seen better days. There was no TV. The room was not serviced in the three days I stayed in Galle. “So nice stay. Everybody has to try to eat dinner there. The shef was excellent and the manager was so gentle. He played nice music for us every night and we where the only guests. We had dinner there all three nights!!!!! ”

“Had an amazing experience at DipnDoze. The property was very clean and cosy, very close to the beach, and great value for money.
