“5 Stars We had an amazing stay in the Outer Banks! The house was beautiful—clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect: close to the beach, but still quiet and relaxing. We especially loved [insert favorite feature: e.g., the pool, the deck views, the open kitchen, etc.]. “Arrived for the visit on a motorcycle on a misty day a couple hours early while waiting for my family to check the location. The homeowner was there finishing the clean and she allowed me to park my bike in the carport and have the property early.property has a nice sitting both inside and out. Only downside to the property is that the bedrooms do not have access directly to common area. back bedroom access is either through front bedroom or bath.”

“Wonderful beach charm cottage. Very relaxing. Well stocked. Nice TP and Paper towels provided along with dish soap, a new kitchen sponge. Shampoo, body wash and hair conditioner were supplied too. The location is VG. Pride of ownership shows. A little tough on doggie paws due to sand burrs, and thorns in nearby growing vines. But, that’s the nature of beach vegetation.”

“My friends and I rented Jen and Joe’s lovely home for one night and it was such a wonderful experience. The house is easy to find, easy to check in and the hosts are incredibly responsive and kind. When you walk in the home smells clean and is tastefully decorated. We used their well stocked kitchen to cook dinner and enjoyed coffee on the screened in deck. Their king sized bed was so soft and comfortable. All in all we had an amazing time and will definitely book with Jen and Joe again. ”

“Four of us (two adults and two grown kids) stayed for five nights over the holiday weekend. The location of this property right on the Duck/Southern Shores boundary was just great. Sunset views of the bay were great and the ocean was a short walk or drive away. The property was very clean. We are used to renting homes that are a little more lived in, so the lack of games and puzzles (and basic cooking necessities like salt and pepper) threw us a bit. We did a lot of cooking and missed not having...
