“Once over the threshold, it is both welcoming & engaging. There is a real “ personal “ touch & the owners are so “ hands on”& this care filters down through all their Staff. Alas, the weather was not in our favour, but the sun always shines inside the “ Inn on the Tay”! will definitely revisit & highly recommend. Thanks for a lovely experience! Mark & Kirsten.”

“I only spent one night here but I thought the the hotel was very good. The room was spacious and very comfortable, couldn’t get the TV to work but that could be me. The evening meal was good and served well. One note to let it down, the surly staff member at breakfast is no help to your business.”

“Pedimos una habitación para 3 personas, 2 adultas y un niño. Sin embargo, no había cama para el niño, sino solo una especie de colchoncillo en el suelo, como formado por 3 cojines, que además resultó ser muy incómodo. Además echamos de menos que hubiese comida más saludable, tanto en la cena como en el desayuno (por ejemplo, fruta).”

“We had a very enjoyable stay at the Kippen Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast each morning. The bar and waitress staff were really helpful in helping us with some bags and even getting us some scales to weigh our luggage for a flight. It was much appreciated. “Deer were in back of property. Maggie and the owner were both very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and heat took a while to warm up though we slept warm. Hot chocolate was really good. Also, both the Scottish breakfast and the pancake breakfast were good.”
