“We visit the Cape every September and this year was extra special since our accommodations were so comfortable. We slept well on the quality mattresses in this cozy house, and had lovely meals in the eat-in kitchen. We felt at ease in the quiet neighborhood and loved the easy access to mini golf and beaches. We hope to stay here again, would recommend to others as a perfect mid-Cape homebase. ”

“If you're looking for a Spartan atmosphere, this might not be the place for you. The collection of nautical tchotchkes is truly incredible! But the kitchen is great, spacious and well stocked. Living room sitting area is very comfortable, encouraging long evenings of reading or reminiscing. Bedrooms and bathrooms less special but quite satisfactory, with an ample supply of towels and stacks of extra pillows in the closets. “Nice upper suite. Clean rooms. It was nice that linens were provided. It had a small mini fridge and small microwave stacked on a table. A table to sit at would have been nice. 2 small mugs and 2 plastic wine glasses were supplied as well. I stayed for 6 nights so I just kept rinsing out my mug. 2 separate AC units provided comfortable temperature. Nice quiet area. The deck was nice. It was wet from condensation in the morning and then hot in afternoon with full sun so I didn’t use it. ...
