“Family of 6 (parents and kids ranging from 16-22). Space was perfect for our group. The boys had an upstairs space all to themselves. Beach was beautiful and clean. No issues at all. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Apartment was clean and had everything you would need.”

“Our family of 5 enjoyed the week at Mermaid Cottage! The location was great! A short walk to the beach and a few stores & restaurants with a short driving distance to many others. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and relaxinf ”

“We ended up getting to check in early which was amazing since we drove over 10 hours through the night. The place was super cute, clean, and a close walk to the beach. There were 4 of us, the layout of the house was perfect & we loved sitting outside on the screened in patio. We would 100% stay here again. Side Note: bring extra toilet paper & seasonings if you plan on cooking. Also, there is a tram (golf cart) that is available to drive you down to the beach access (certain days/times).”

“It was a nice place, but the bed in the master felt like we were sleeping on plywood. There wasn’t a ton of things to bake with. We had to borrow things from my sister’s condo just to make a casserole. The seating area on the porch was ok, but not a ton of seating. It was a great location relative to the big pool; it overlooked it.”

“My spouse and I stayed at this VRBO for about two months during the summer. The location is perfect! It's a short walk to Miramar Beach, which quickly became our favorite place to relax. The unit itself had everything we needed: a spacious living room, functional kitchen, comfortable bedroom, a shower/tub in the bathroom, and a washer/dryer in unit. The management company was also VERY attentive and responsive to any needs we had. We communicated via text the whole time but I never had to wait...

“The cottage was perfect for our stay and the golf cart was a huge bonus! Hardly left the resort, everything you needed (food, drinks, entertainment, beach, pools, activities, etc.) were all on the resort and accessible by a fun golf cart ride. Beatiful resort & accomodations, 10 out of 10, would highly recommend!”

“The house was perfect for our family of 9. Beds were comfy, location was perfect, house was cozy. The only thing I would suggest is be ready to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, spices, trash bags, shampoo and soap. However, we would definitely return again! ”

“We were 2 families for a total 7 people with 3 kids ranging from 9-15. The cottage was perfect for all of us! The 2 youngest loved having their own twin bed vs. bunk beds. The location to the beach was perfect and a very manageable walk for all of us. It would be hard to drag a wagon so our backpack cooler came in handy. We loved the chair service as well!
