“The house was spacious and slept 13 using the 2 double bunks. There is sufficient parking on site for 4-5 vehicles although no parking on the street as Rio Vista Boulevard is a major street. The house and pool area need some maintenance. The wooden deck was falling apart in sections. We were disappointed with the tv options as we couldn’t update Chromecast to login to our foxtel or Stan etc. our major problem was that with 13 adult women staying in the house there was only 1 bathroom and 1...

Unfortunately we paid an extra $100 for a 1 hour private spa - I reached out to the company to ask for a refund as we thought this wasn’t acceptable. “My family and I had a great stay .A few things 1. The toilet downstairs is not secure 2. With a party of 14 it would have been great to have some extra bath towels3. The fan in the upstairs toilet is loose4. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom appears as if it willFall when turned on5. We ran out of gas for the grill . It would be great if there was a second tank available.Otherwise we had a fantastic time. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider staying in this house again.”
