“Enjoyed a family stay at Boyd Pond cottage. Sauna was great and enjoyed the kayaks and stand up paddle board. Fire pit out front with wood provided - roasting marshmallows was fun. King size bed and others beds were very comfortable. Drinking water was provided. Some weeds in the pond but much less when swimming further out. Hot tub was not working. “This family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin is surrounded by trees with a beautiful view of the St. Regis river which you can hear throughout the cabin. There are lovely hiking trails around the property (I believe about 4 miles of trails). The cabin is cozy and warm. “The cottage is a lovely Adirondack cabin, which doesn’t disappoint. Its location to Upper Saranac lake is ideal, with the use of 2 kayaks to enjoy. I had the impression that the cabin was directly on the lake from the pictures on the rental, but was mistaken. I should have read the property description more carefully.
