Highly recommend! Great condo and location. Had a minor issue with the automatic door lock (user error I think) and the quick responsiveness of the host was much appreciated.

Clean, spacious and absolutely perfect!
We will definitely book this place again. It was super clean, light and bright! The street is very quiet, zero traffic. The view of the ocean from the balcony is superb. Communication with the owner was lightening fast. Overall A++++

It was ok…
Property was in a nice location to reach the beach. However, it was not as clean as others noted. There was mildew/mold on the inner shower curtain and some marks on the bedding. The trash bag from the previous renters was also left behind in the unit. The shower also did not drain. We asked the manager for help; we got a prompt response and new shower curtain. The drain was not repaired in the time we were there, which is unfortunate. We think it needs some general TLC, like repair of peeling paint. Supplies are also pretty basic. It worked for us for the weekend.

The place was nice but not clean when we arrived...we found empty chip bags under the coffee table....lady's underwear in one outdoor shower....buckets, umbrella, shovels, chairs in the other outdoor shower.....sticky counters in the kitchen(which were cleaner when we left than what we found)....someone else's clothing in the chest of drawers of the main bedroom....just to name a few things. I probably won't be back.I am just glad that I brought pots and pans to cook with because this house is devoid of most of those things.

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was clean. Our only complaint would be that cooking utensils needing to be updated, knifes were very dull. We had a great stay, and would book again!!!

The positives - great location, easy access and lovely view of ocean, no problems checking in or parking and the unit was clean and comfortable. The negatives- knives were pretty useless, no cutting board, bed needs a headboard, showers had no pressure, the laundry room coin machine was broken, and the smell of pot from other units pervaded in the mornings and evenings making it smelly on the porch.

Clean, good location.overall a good stay! Missing door in kitchen. No Baking dishes limited cooking supplies. Bring everything you need for this stay (Tp, paper towels, hand soap , some tins for cooking etc)

The property was mediocre, the flooring in what could be called the master bedroom which is also the front door you could see the sub flooring. The toilet was incredibly small the shower had strong flow of hot water and decent space. The power towels in the kitchen were still in the plastic it came in but was molding on the bottom. There is 2 tv's but only one remote worked for either tv.

The listing doesn’t do this property justice! This location is quiet, the inside of the property was immaculate and the views were priceless. Communication was amazing as well, all emails were answered within a very short period of time. I look forward to visiting again!

Great views, sparse kitchen
Great location and views as this is a third floor property. On a small street, so beachfront is not very crowded. You just might need to bring a few extra supplies. There were no cutting boards or storage containers, and only 5 of each type of dish and silverware.

Great view and Clean
My spouse, our baby, my dad and I stayed there and it was very comfortable. The listing when I booked it said two bedrooms+two baths. There's only one bathroom there. It is a great place but it is bare bones. No frills no extra anything. Good thing we knew about that part so we were prepared. Honestly though I would rather it be clean like it was and have to get a couple extra things. Instead of having to live with deal with dirt and grime. We would definitely stay there again.

Location is Good
Fantastic location, just steps from a public beach access point. This condo is very sparsely stocked from a kitchen standpoint, and there weren't enough towels for 4 of us, no bathmat was provided. Just some additional common comforts would really make this a good place to stay. Saying that, the island was great, fantastic food & shopping - we will be coming back to Topsail!

We loved the top floor and enjoyed the porch. It was nice for a few days but might have been hard to stay the week. Washer and dryer were not on the same level and had to pay to use it. Communication with property manager was excellent. Very Clean

Great location with beautiful beach access. Reasonable apartments. The only thing makes me uncomfortable is the front door lead to the master bedroom directly.
