“We couldn't have been more pleased with the condo. We plan on returning. It was large and spacious. Trolley was handy. But many options in walking distance. Beach was clean and no seaweed! Everything we needed in the kitchen was there.Enjoyed both pools. Plenty of towels. The bed was super comfy. ”

“The property is excellent. Location is ideal for beach. It is an easy 10 min walk to the village and 100 feet from beach access stop. You don’t have to worry about parking at all. The house is loaded with everything you need for going to the beach. Owner David is outstanding. Very easy to reach and prompt responding to texts . Exceptional stay. Highly recommended ”

“My husband and I stayed for 6 nights. We had such a relaxing time in what seemed like paradise. The property and pool were fabulous. The decor inside and outside is absolutely gorgeous. Such artistry by the owners. The copper gates and artwork around the pool were really awesome. The bed is extremely comfortable as well. ”

“Overall this worked great for us. About 2 blocks from the gulf coast. Fishing access on an inlet behind the house and pool was great for us and kids. Out of the way for major island traffic but close enough to the coast to walk and enjoy it”

“Location is everything! Just minutes from the beach! The house was immaculate and customer service top notch. Completely fenced in backyard was perfect for our pups. Pool was refreshing after a day at the beach and the tall palms provided privacy from the homes next door.”

“This was our first experience with any private rental, as seniors was very easy.The owner’s description was very accurate. This was very easy and close to go to Anna Maria Island and any place wanted to go with ease of no traffic. Will rent again when in this area. The property was very enjoyable and quite ,very relaxing and felt very secure. We felt that if we neeeded anything it was taken care of. The pool was nice. Had lots of privacy also. So hated to leave , we felt comfortable and bed...

“We had some amazing days in this beach house as a family. Everything you need, plus everything is brand new so you kindda feel like you are in a 5 stars house. the beach is 2 blocks away and is really really nice. we had been to some other anna maria island beaches but i think we all prefer this one. Also, the service by phone is really good, they take care of anything you may need. Will come back again.”
