“This place is awesome! Might have been my kids favorite part of the whole trip (and we visited 3 national parks ). The inside was the perfect space for our family, comfortable and very well appointed. Outside was stellar. Grill, hot tub, plenty of places to sit and unwind, paddle boards and koi fish to feed. “We booked this property to celebrate our anniversary and it did not disappoint. Wayne, Nanette and Hank, the hosts were very responsive and even left us some treats and wine as a surprise. We were! Hank greeted us, tail wagging, the minute we arrived. LolThis property has so many amenities for a lakefront cottage and we used most of them! Kayaks, paddle boards, hot tub! “Walmart grade furniture. The bed was only a standard size not even a queen size. The bed frame was broken when we checked in but again it was a very cheap bed frame. The two portable air conditioners could not keep the temp cool enough to stay in the house. We had to sit outside in the shade. The driveway was tough to maneuver in a full size truck. The cold plung pool was actually a cabinet freezer and was recommend to unplug it before you got in. I am not sure way you had to unplug it...

“We only spent two nights but really enjoyed the weekend break. Quiet location and the internet was surprisingly good so we could stream a movie with no issues. Yes there were a few spiders and the cell reception was non-existent but that was our goal. We love stopping by Langley and Freeland so this location was perfect. “We loved our stay at this cabin. It was located near Stanwood so we could run to town for groceries and picked up dinner one night at Jimmy's. They have great pizza. The home is fragrance free and you must keep your shoes outside. A few pages of instructions come with the stay. It's probably best suited for tidy people.
