“The place it's dirty they don't change the sheets to wash them, we found many hairs on the beds and one of room the smell of cigarettes was too strong. Etc i could keep going but end of the story i called to cancel but the owner didn't approve but i still left early in the morning i didn't get my money back nor my deposit. SCAM”

“This was the perfect place for our family to stay! The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine. It was safe and clean and the location was amazing. It was a short/cheap cab ride to Nianxiny Ancient City (highly recommend!) and easy to get to the subway station to access Disney, the Bund and Zhujiajiao. I would highly recommend this place for a group stay around Shanghai!”

“First, after I paid Vrbo told me that the unit that they listed/I paid is not available! Upgraded us to a bigger one. I asked them to make sure all bed sheets and towels are clean/changed. After checked in they are all dirty and towels have stains. Mattresses are as hard as stones!! After staying in the unit for 2 nights, my back was in pain for a whole week. All check in informations were not clear. I need to keep asking them until the very last moment to ensure all the check in procedures....
