“Perfect home for our family of 6 visiting sugar mountain for the first time. You can see the base where the ski school is located and watch as people load onto the ski lift. There is a very short path to a wooden bridge that crosses a babbling creek over to the slope making this a nice ski out to your room. One of the three bridges is broken, but the one close to the condo is fine. (not sure if you can hop on and off this way but can definitely take a break and ski off the slopes) the two first...

Otter Falls Trail was the real gem nearby.My kids found the pool and hot tub to be very “retro.” They had fun taking pics. Pool house was clean. ”

“Extremely comfortable and relaxing. The area is beautiful. The pool was nice and relaxing. Our teen son enjoyed the gym. A couple of fun spots for kids are the Alpine coaster, park in banner elk that has a little running creek, Blowing Rock (cost efficient, easy, ADA approved), and drive down Blue Ridge Parkway and stop at the pull offs. Puerto Neuvo Restaurant was fabulous & so good. Thank you for hosting your beautiful condo. ”
