Only 5 mins to Cruz Bay, we explored all the surrounding neighborhoods on foot, gaining beautiful vantage points of the island around every corner. A few days of our week stay (July) were incredibly hot so the dipping pool and rooms with AC were key. We learned to time our outings with the scheduled power outages in the PMs. We couldn’t quite figure out how to keep the open air living and kitchen mosquito free, but...

“This was our first time traveling to St. Thomas/St. John and from the moment I made this booking I was in contact with Christy, the owner. Christy lives on the island and we couldn’t have asked for better communication. She rented her jeep to us. We have a small family and it was perfect. It was amazing to have somebody on the island only a phone call or text away. She was so accommodating and made special arrangements for us for pick up and drop off with the jeep. We felt safe at all times....

“The home was perfect for our crew of 9 ranging in age from 3 to 75. It was as advertised. The pool was used early and often. Communications with the owner before our stay and with the property managers during our stay was excellent. St. Thomas, St. John and Triton's Overlook did not disappoint. If we go back to St. Thomas, we'll hope to stay at Triton's Overlook.”

“We’ve been visiting the US Virgin Islands for 15ish years, splitting time on St. John and St Thomas. This place was equipped the best for our needs (cooking, games, pool, beach coolers/chairs, location to beaches) and just overall compared to other stays. We had two miner (towards the end) issues that were taken care of immediately by the property management team. Even had one of the owners reach out with an apology for any inconvenience. “We had an 8 day stay on St John with my family of 4. The house is lovely and very well equipped. The views from the house are absolutely amazing. It was close to Cruz bay which was nice and beaches were just a short drive away. The owners were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again. The one downside - and this is no fault of the owners - but there were rolling power outages on the island during our entire stay, which was difficult to deal with.”

“I liked the owner/manager. She was very helpful and told us of restaurants and things to do. View from deck amazing. Gated. Washer and dryer in unit. Privacy. Quiet. The only thing I didn’t like was parking was tricky.”

“This place was everything and more! Very roomy, clean, pool, all the amenities and a stunning overviews. On the down side the water pressure was extremely low, was hard to find, and the dryer was very loud. Other than that this was an amazing stay. We did not try to contact anyone but want them to know. Would definitely stay here again. ”
