“Great place. Responsive owners who live next door. Ample space for 2 people. Nice outdoor area including deck with a great view and a hot tub. Clean, everything needed for cooking, chairs and cooler. Only thing I'll say, which is a St John thing overall, have a 2 door jeep. Very least have ground clearance, 4x4 would be preferable. You won't get around this island and up and down this driveway without it. It's worth it though. Have fun! ”

“Excellent place for some relaxation and exploring of the island. Very good accommodations overlooking Coral Bay. The supplies are very plentiful within the kitchen and linen supplies. The cooler and beach accessories are very helpful. We used the chairs, beach towels, cooler and floaties daily. Overall, this place is great! The only drawback is that the main road down the hill does lead to a fair amount of vehicle noise at times. So it's not always peaceful and quiet. That is hard to...

“Great access to downtown. Cottage was clean and very nice. Greatly appreciated the use of the beach towels and beach chairs. ”

“Perfect getaway on St. John. The property is tucked into the trees with a comfy bed and bath upstairs and well stocked kitchen downstairs. We love the coral bay side of the island and it's a quick drive to the shops and restaurants and nearby beaches. Perfect for a couple. ”

“The place had everything that we needed. It was very clean and the location was close to Cruz Bay. The owner was very kind and informative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only negatives would be that the beautiful view is mainly from the bedroom and the pool deck could use a little TLC. Neither would stop us from returning. Very nice place.”

“Place was just as advertised! Perfect location with great views, within walking distance to beach. Bill and Meredith were awesome hosts.”

“Our stay at Aqua Vista Villa was enjoyable. The host was very responsive—on-site yet unobtrusive. The kitchen was well-stocked, making meal prep easy. The expansive deck was a great feature, though unfortunately, we couldn't take full advantage of it due to the weather and bugs.One thing to note is the driveway. While considered "gently sloped" by St. John standards, it’s still quite steep and can be challenging to navigate. Overall, a lovely stay with just a few things to keep in mind!”

“Tommy was great to work with. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Great for sunsets. Cottage worked great for us. Note that there is no view from the cottage. It’s tucked away. If you’re looking for a place with a view this is not it. Also note the Peter Bay beach is small (narrow). Great for sitting in chairs. Not great for swimming (too rocky). But this worked for us. Enjoyed our stay.”

“First, the island. Best vacation we’ve ever had. The cottage: everything as advertised and more. Location, communication, tips, responsiveness, I can’t say enough good things about this island, this cottage, and these hosts. My wife and I don’t usually return to the same place but we already want to go back. Loved it. ”

“Absolutely amazing stay. Bon Bini (and St. John in general) exceeded our expectations. The cottage was in a fabulous location, just above Coral Bay, with stellar views and a very comfortable set up. It was a quick drive to Salt Pond Bay, for snorkeling with sea turtles and the Ram's Head hike, as well as several other beaches/bays part of VINP. Not as close to Cruz Bay, but we didn't mind as there were a few small shops for quick supplies close by, plus the drive was always a thrill! We enjoyed...
