Perfect property
The house was very clean and had all amenities. It even had a smart watch charger in the master bedroom. Plenty of board games. Very nice master bathroom. Amazing balcony views. Kureg in kitchen. TVs utilize smart tech so we can use our streaming accounts and kids can watch YouTube. Dog friendly and even had a baby gate so our blind dog disnt fall down the stairs.

Active week in Sedona
If you are an active person or group, this place will work out very well. Very close to town if you want to walk. Convenient to great mountain bike and hiking trails and a great place to relax after an event filled day. We had our small dog with us and the place was a great place to take him for a walk each morning. I rate this place very high. Here are a couple things to keep in mind. We struggled with the comfort of the master bed. Ended up switching rooms. Could be just us but we woke sore each morning and had tough sleep nights until we moved to the extra room. Also, we are from Idaho and are aware of coyotes so we were prepared. For those that are not, take your dog out on a leash. Our little guy was nearly a meal if we were not prepared. We saw them on 2 of our mornings. Just some words of advice as that would be a real trip ender.

Convenient location, epic views
We enjoyed our time at the house and appreciated the well appointed kitchen and comforts of the home, especially how welcomed our little dog was. We were visited daily by wildlife like javelinas, mule deer, and coyotes and all kinds of birds in this serene location that was still a close walk or drive to the main area of uptown Sedona. The 3rd bedroom downstairs didn’t work perfectly for the teens because the 2nd bed is a daybed trundle that was too small for our son. So, we’ll have to consider that next time we rent. Stocking the kitchen with a few basic items like salt and pepper would also be nice. This house worked well for our 3 generations of family members, but may be challenging for elderly due to the front entrance stairs. Overall, an excellent stay! We loved it.

Great location with amazing views
Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Fantastic views out the front of the house, as shown in the pictures. The living room and dining room look directly out to the mountains. The only consideration before booking this house is that the main level is on the second floor, in case you have someone in your party who has a physical limitation with stairs. Otherwise no reservations about staying here.

Stunning views from perfect location
House is in a perfect location in being close to everything yet in a very peaceful spot. Views are incredible from porches and even inside house. House is cheerful, welcoming and comfortable with many special touches. Would definitely return.

i was very impressed with property--the view was beyond words!! All the basic needs for kitchen and bath were provided --we even used the grill when we could not get reservations. overall, a great experience.

So grateful for a nice dog friendly rental
Traveling across country and stayed in Sedona a few days was so grateful to stay at a nice clean dog friendly rental. House was big and had everything we needed. Appreciated the binder with house rules and directions. It was very helpful. And being able to use the house parking pass was a great bonus!

Amazing Place
Our first visit to Arizona and this house was the perfect way to start. We wish we could take the front porch and view with us back to NC! Love how quiet and private the neighborhood felt even though we were so close to downtown. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife from the porch. The house was represented well and the kitchen had everything you would need. If we ever get to travel to Sedona again, we hope to stay here then.

Perfect Visit!
Our vacation to Sedona was better than we expected!! The location of this property couldn't have been better. The views were amazing and we were able to actually enjoy the house and spend family time making memories. The house literally has everything you need. Games! Any kitchen stuff! Blankets! everything! We used the grill with no problems and we have nothing to complain about. Thank you for making our trip extra great!

Loved our visit
Great rental. Clean, organized, comfortable beds, nice amenities, fantastic views. We loved the location, quiet neighborhood and just far enough away from the crowds but close enough to walk and avoid parking. One concern is that one of the steps going up to the front entrance is loose. Other than that we had a great experience here.

We had a fabulous time at this lovely uptown Sedona property. The views from the deck and kitchen/living room were spectacular. The kitchen was fully stocked. We would stay here again no doubt.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The views from the living room and dining room to the red rocks are amazing! Kitchen was well suited for making meals. We loved the decor. One of the highlights was seeing javalinas by the side of the house. The only downside was the shower in the master bedroom. It wax collecting water in one area of the floor and you have to stand in the pool of water during the shower. I wasn’t a big deal for the 2 of us to use the shower in the second bedroom. It might be problematic for a bigger group. Other than this, it was a perfect house in a very nice neighborhood.
